Greg Hatcher owns The Hatcher Agency in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a 1983 graduate of Alma College in Alma, Michigan where he was the Captain of the wrestling team and a 1st Team All MIAA Wrestler. Greg is coordinating the efforts to raise money for wrestling mats for schools that agree to add programs.

Robin works at The Hatcher Agency and has been involved from the ground level with wrestling in Arkansas. She has assisted with the early club state tournaments, local tournaments, has designed the wrestling program, assists with the wrestling bracket design, and continued to support the efforts of the Arkansas Wrestling Association. Her experience with wrestling has evolved into a part time position working as a Tournament Director at tournaments throughout Arkansas on weekends during the wrestling season and this weekend she serves as a Tournament Director for the Arkansas State High School Wrestling Tournament.

4x NCAA Champion and Coach Pat Smith leads the Arkansas Wrestling Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. He supports Arkansas Wrestling Association initiatives through building and teaching wrestlers in the state of Arkansas. The Arkansas Wrestling Academy is an instructional program designed to make the best wrestlers out of Arkansas’ youth. Pat holds a collegiate winning streak of 98 consecutive matches, he is a 1994 NCAA Outstanding Wrestler, 1994 Amateur Wrestling’s Man of the Year, member of the 75th Anniversary NCAA Wrestling Team, and 2006 Distinguished Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. He joined the Arkansas Wrestling Academy in August 2007.

Caty is in charge of Marketing at the Hatcher Agency. Caty has always enjoyed sports. She played Basketball and soccer for the Bluebirds under Greg Hatcher when she was younger. She was inducted into the Mighty Bluebird Hall of Fame in 2005.
Currently she manages several websites at the Hatcher Agency and loves to help design the AWA website as well as help Wynter and Robin design the AWA High School Wrestling Tournament Program each year.
