Greg Hatcher owns The Hatcher Agency in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a 1983 graduate of Alma College in Alma, Michigan where he was the Captain of the wrestling team and a 1st Team All MIAA Wrestler. Greg is coordinating the efforts to raise money for wrestling mats for schools that agree to add programs.

Kevin Kelley is the Head Football Coach for Pulaski Academy where he led them to the 2003 State Championship. Kevin is eager to have his football players do off season conditioning and realizes the importance of wrestling and realizes that wrestling will help his athletes be more fit quicker, maintain a proper weight, and have better balance.

Mike Bailey currently owns Bailey Management Group where they sell medical devices to physicians and hospitals. After hours Mike serves as the Assistant Football Coach for Pulaski Academy and will serve as the Assistant Wrestling Coach this year for Pulaski Academy as well. Mike grew up in California where he won the State Championship in High School and also finished as a State Finalist when he was disqualified for a hard cross face. For those of you that know Mike Bailey it's really no surprise. He went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he was an All-American football player and also wrestled. He finished up his football career playing professionally for the Denver Broncos for two years.

Doug Killgore is the Athletic Director for Central Arkansas Christian Schools. He wrestled in high school in Oscoda, MI. His main focus is to provide the kids at Central Arkansas Christian with the very best sports opportunities and is eager to see more kids be able to participate in athletics with his school now adding wrestling. Doug was instrumental in having Central Arkansas Christian be the first private school in Arkansas to add wrestling.

Ken Fowler is the Athletic Director for the state's longest running wrestling program, the Arkansas School for the Blind. They have been wrestling now for over 30 years. Ken wrestled at Bremen High School in Midlothian, IL. He coached the Arkansas School for the Blind wrestling team for 17 years fro 1984-2001 and has been the Athletic Director for the last 22 years and Principal for the s hool for the past three years.
