Ake's highlights:
Ake Frelin was born in Laxa, Sweden; graduated in June 1978 with degrees in Economics and International Business from at Carlforska Skolan (college) in Vasteras. Ake began wrestling for Vasteras Brottar Klubb in 1967 and ended his career in1982. His coaching career begun at age13 in the clubs youth development program. From 1982 to 1986 Ake was assistant head coach for the senior team in both Free-style and Greco-roman. He also assisted the national team at tournaments and camps thru out Europe. Vasteras was one of the most dominant clubs in Sweden through the 1960's to the 1980's.
